Ayfraym Plus Starter Plans

The Starter Plans are the perfect first step for getting your new home built. It's a set of PDF plans that will give you the footprint and dimensions for the home and rooms. It's a great place to start for showing your HOA board to receive design approvals or ensuring it will fit properly on your land. 

The Starter Plans include the floor plan with dimensions, elevations, sections and all the basic essentials you'll need to determine whether the home is a good fit for you or not. 

Once Starter Plans have been purchased, we highly recommend purchasing a build license or setting up a 15 minute discovery call with our team to learn about pricing, lead times, customizations, financing and more! 

*Starter plans are emailed manually, so please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. 

*You cannot build a home from just the Starter Plans.
